CHATBOARD
use the chatboard on the left for:
- asking questions
- switching between beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
- informing me when you use a free day
- informing me when you loose a pound
FASTING DAYS
fasts begin at midnight on the first day, and end at midnight on the last day.
on fasting days, wear a green bracelet or rubber band to remind yourself of your goals.
it doesn't have to be fancy, just something to keep you motivated.
keeping a tally of how many hours you've fasted is helpful too.
the following is allowed on these days:
- 8 ounces of juice or low-fat/soy milk [no more than 100 calories total]
- at least 8 glasses of water per day
- unlimited herbal tea
- limit of 2 diet sodas per day [unless they are sodium free]
- limit of 1 cup of coffee per day
- limit of 1 diet energy drink per day
- VITAMINS
200/400 DAYS
make a menu plan for these days, it will help you out a lot.
have 4 meals each day; breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner.
try not to eat after 8 pm.

this is an on-going challenge. you may enter at any time and you may leave at any time.
this challenge is mostly centered around fasting. the system works like this:
- fast for a certain number of days
- one day limited to 200 calories
- one day limited to 400 calories
- one day limited to 200 calories
- back to fasting
there are 3 different levels. you can choose the one that fits you best.
- beginners
fast for intervals of 1, 2, and 3 days
- intermediates
fast for intervals of 2, 4, and 6 days
- advanced
fast for intervals of 3, 5, 7, and 9 days
RULES
1) choose a level and follow the corresponding schedule on the calendar.
2) TAKE YOUR VITAMINS!
3) be supportive and comment other members.
4) you can switch between beginner, intermediate, and advanced any time you feel like it.
5) you are allowed 2 "free days" per month. [ie: a family dinner, birthday, etc. where eating is unavoidable]
6) if you use one of these free days, say so on the chatboard.
7) if you lose a pound, say so on the chatboard.
8) if you get dizzy or lightheaded to the point you are about to faint, DRINK WATER and eat a little of a negative calorie food. [for instance, celery]
